Delivery Policy
Delivery through Courier Service:
ONLINE STORE TERM
- Free Shipment of order, if the purchase is Rs.3000/- or greater only for Karachi & Lahore.
- Shipment for orders below Rs. 3000/- will be charged Rs.230/-
- Delivery all over Pakistan is covered by conditions mentioned in Free Shipment and Charged Shipment.
- Delivery time will be 1 to 7 working days. (Monday till Saturday)
- Delivery Status can be tracked by login into your account and view order history.
- All the orders before 3 PM will be processed the same day (Monday till Saturday).
- Special Delivery conditions can be mentioned in comments while checking out. Our team will coordinate accordingly.
- Cash on delivery service charges will be charged 230 PKR in case of Cash on delivery on orders above 3000 PKR, if the customer transfers the amount beforehand using Easypaisa/Bank Transfer then these charges will not be applied.
LOCAL PICKUP:
- Local store pickup facility is only for Karachi & Lahore.
- Local Store pickup can be done next day of Order placed, but the order must be placed before 11 PM to be ready to pick up the next day.
- There are no extra charges for this service.
- Timings for order pick up is 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday). For Friday, timings are from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Local pickup service is not available on Sunday.
